Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to design and deliver crypto wallet-related solutionsPlay a key role in defining and evolving the product vision and overall strategyLead product initiatives for tokenized assets, including tokenized equities / bStocks, deposit and withdrawal flows, and asset distributionUnderstand customers and their challenges to identify ways to enhance the product offering. Be responsible for the user experience and security of the productMonitor and assess the effectiveness of features, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimisationsCommunicate the product plan and roadmap to senior stakeholdersRequirements3-5 years of relevant project and/or product management experience in complex system integrationsBachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering, or equivalent practical experienceExperience with financial or payment products, such as reconciliation and channel integration; blockchain-related experience preferred. Exposure to tokenized securities or RWA is a plusDemonstrated problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to jointly manage projects and keep them on scheduleExcellent sense of user experience and user interface designFamiliarity with lean and agile models, and ability to adapt processes as needed for a remote teamResult-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights and make decisionsExcellent time management and coordination skills to concurrently manage multiple projects and adhere to scheduleAdaptable, broad-minded, and at ease in a dynamic remote working environmentBilingual in both English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with global partners and stakeholdersWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
