We are looking for a proactive Project Manager who can successfully lead software projects while maintaining a strong understanding of business goals and product direction.
This role goes beyond traditional project coordination. You will work directly with clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, priorities remain aligned with business objectives, and communication stays clear and transparent throughout the entire lifecycle.
We value people who naturally think from both a project and product perspective and who are comfortable helping clients shape ideas, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions.
We also highly value Project Managers who enjoy participating in presales activities alongside senior developers, helping scope opportunities, understand client needs, identify risks, and contribute to solution discussions before projects begin.
Tasks
Project Delivery
- Manage software development projects from discovery through delivery
- Define project goals, scope, timelines, and priorities
- Maintain project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and delivery schedules
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and blockers
- Ensure transparency through regular client communication and reporting
- Coordinate activities between clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate decision-making and keep projects moving forward
Product-Oriented Collaboration
- Help clients refine ideas and align development efforts with business goals
- Support backlog prioritization and scope management
- Ensure delivered features contribute meaningful value to the product
- Drive iterative delivery and regular releases
- Identify opportunities to improve outcomes while maintaining a Lean approach to scope and budget
Agile Leadership
- Apply Agile principles pragmatically based on the needs of the client, project, and team
- Facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies when they add value
- Promote continuous improvement and help remove delivery bottlenecks
- Support healthy collaboration and team engagement
Presales & Discovery
- Participate in discovery and presales discussions together with senior developers
- Help gather requirements and understand business challenges
- Contribute to project estimations, scope definition, and solution planning
- Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery considerations before project kickoff
Requirements
- Proven experience managing software development projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working directly with clients
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and delivery methodologies
- Experience with Jira, Slack, and similar collaboration tools
- Understanding of modern software development processes and technology stacks
- Ability to balance business goals, timelines, budgets, and technical constraints
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with startups and scale-ups
- Product Owner or Product Management experience
- Scrum Master experience
- Experience with marketplaces, SaaS products, AI solutions, or custom software projects
- Experience participating in project discovery, estimation, and presales activities
- Technical background or previous hands-on software development experience
