你大部分项目将由政府客户下单，其中一些项目需要你具备安全许可才能参与。
你具备良好的社交能力，是解决问题的人，在高节奏环境中工作，并且是多任务处理者，不害怕主动采取行动并推动事情进展。
你从头到尾管理项目，并独立负责多个安排，同时也会参与更复杂项目的团队。

Job Advertisement – Meeting Coordinator M&E Sweden
Full time, remote, based in Sweden
Business is growing, and we are looking for our new colleague – will you be joining our team?
As the Meeting Coordinator you are passionate about conferences & meetings.
You have excellent organizing skills as well as efficient ways of working.
Your main assignment is planning short meetings & conferences as well as booking train and bus transportation for our clients.
You will be in charge of monitoring requests in our BCD group inbox and if they are within your scope you will handle the requests or delegate if needed.
The majority of your projects will be ordered by governmental clients and for some of them security clearance will be required in order for you to work with them.
You have great social competence, a problem solver, working in a high pace and a multitasker not afraid of taking initiatives and make things happen.
You manage projects from beginning to end and oversee several arrangements by yourself as well as being part of teams around more complex projects.

What you can bring to us:
- Strong interest of the hotel and conference industry as a whole
- Commitment, flexibility and willingness to learn
- Process-oriented, proactive & solution-oriented working style
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Strong command of English language, both written and spoken
You might also have:
- Professional experience with booking and organizing meetings and events
- Degree or completed training in the areas of event management, tourism, hotel industry or comparable
- Knowledge in Amadeus
- Knowledge in Qondor
The annual salary range for this role is between 360,000 SEK and 384,000 SEK. The actual pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.
