Provide services and support as a Professional, Technical and Administrative Support Services (PTASS) (Logistics Management Specialist - Standard) in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) | Department of Justice Located In and across the CONUS Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Logistics Management Specialist - Standard | Comprehensive Operational Support [DEA0036041]
Plans, develops and executes logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product. Develops and implements logistics program activities including ILS, technical documentation, RAM, provisioning, etc.; coordinates efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel; resolves logistics problems; and compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities.
Desired Qualifications For Logistics Management Specialist - Standard | Comprehensive Operational Support [DEA0036041] (DEA0036041) Candidates:
Experience providing logistic support for major systems.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. degree. Five to eight years logistics experience. Or a certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certificate with four (4) years additional related experience.
Skills Required
Experience in logistics program development, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage logistics activities throughout a product's lifecycle.
Competencies Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program). Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
