**你的职责：**
- 主动引导客户做出财务决策，同时建立长期的信任关系
- 为客户提供建议，特别是信贷产品方面的银行产品和服务
- 独立管理、发展并监督客户组合
- 分析客户的财务需求并提出最佳解决方案
- 向客户介绍储蓄、保险和投资机会
- 积极参与达成业务和销售目标
- 与银行不同部门的同事日常合作，并在团队环境中工作
**期望的资质和技能：**
- 金融、经济或相关领域的学士或硕士学位
- 至少一年信贷产品的相关工作经验
- 具备良好的沟通和销售技巧
- 高水平的专业知识、责任心和对服务质量的关注
- 细致、分析能力强且注重细节
- 专业地对待客户，理解其财务需求

**Your responsibilities:**
- Proactively guiding clients through financial decisions while building long-term relationships of trust
- Advising clients on banking products and services, with a special emphasis on credit products
- Independently managing, developing, and overseeing a client portfolio
- Analyzing clients' financial needs and proposing optimal solutions
- Informing clients about savings, insurance, and investment opportunities
- Actively participating in achieving business and sales goals
- Daily cooperation with colleagues from different parts of the Bank and working in a team environment
**Desired qualifications and skills:**
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in finance, economics, or a related field
- At least one year of experience working with credit products
- Developed communication and sales skills
- High level of expertise, responsibility, and focus on service quality
- Precision, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Professional approach to working with clients and understanding their financial needs
