申请对象
目前在校学生和应届毕业生，能够保证至少 6 个月的任职时间，每周至少 3 天
职责：
负责任务导向对话、开放领域问答和客服聊天机器人的相关算法研究与实现
负责与自然语言处理相关的各项工作，包括但不限于文本分类、命名实体识别、语义理解、对话管理、文本生成、知识图谱、文本推荐等
负责使用前沿技术解决实际问题
要求：
丰富的 NLP 经验，包括问答系统、搜索系统、知识图谱等
熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如 C/C++、Java、Python 等
熟悉通用机器学习算法原理，并能使用 TensorFlow、Torch、Caffe 等深度学习框架
熟悉最新的 LLM 技术，有训练或应用经验
关注国际最前沿技术，熟练阅读国际会议和期刊的英文文档，并能将其应用于工程实践
具备团队合作意识，能够协作完成工作
