促进积极的员工关系，成为所有团队成员的可靠资源。
制定并实施绩效管理流程和职业发展路径。
设计并提供培训计划，以支持员工技能发展和领导力成长。
文化与组织发展：
领导并推动增强公司文化和员工参与度的举措。
推动多元化、平等和包容（DEI）举措，营造包容的工作环境。

必备条件：
人力资源、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位。
5年以上HR运营或人员管理经验，最好在快速发展的公司中。

This role is crucial for shaping our culture, driving employee engagement, and building the scalable HR infrastructure necessary to support our rapid growth.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and offers.Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding experience to ensure new hires are set up for success.People Operations & Systems:Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with our values and comply with employment laws.Oversee benefits and compensation administration, manage the HRIS platform for data accuracy, and ensure regulatory compliance.Generate and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.Employee Experience & Development:Foster positive employee relations and serve as a trusted resource for all team members.Develop and implement performance management processes and career development pathways.Design and deliver training programs to support employee skill development and leadership growth.Culture & Organizational Development:Lead and champion initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.Support leadership and teams through organizational changes, helping them navigate transitions effectively.What we are looking forMust-haves:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in HR operations or people management roles, preferably in fast-growing companies.In-depth understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and people operations.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.What helps you stand out:A SHRM-CP/PHR certification.Direct experience scaling HR processes in a rapid-growth or startup environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Equity in a rapidly growing company.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup at the forefront of fintech innovation.Opportunity to make a significant impact on global financial infrastructureCollaborative work culture with emphasis on personal and professional growth.We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
