The Opportunity
As a Purchasing Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of products across our business by managing purchasing activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting strong supplier relationships. You'll collaborate closely with sales, finance, logistics, and vendor partners to ensure product availability, optimize purchasing performance, and drive operational excellence.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, leveraging data to make informed decisions, and improving processes that directly impact customer satisfaction and business results.
Here's Where You Come In

• Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, ensuring timely order placement, tracking, and fulfillment.

• Monitor inventory levels, demand trends, and purchasing requirements to maintain optimal stock availability.

• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal stakeholders to resolve shipment, pricing, invoicing, and supply issues.

• Analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify opportunities for cost optimization, improved service levels, and risk mitigation.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, purchasing controls, and operational procedures.

• Support process improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.

• Assist in training and guiding junior team members while contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
