About the Role
The Spanish Bilingual Interviewer will serve as a cornerstone of Wing’s internal recruitment function, ensuring the company maintains a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates ready to meet client and operational needs. This position focuses primarily on interviewing, screening, and assessing candidates to uphold Wing’s standards of excellence. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring we attract and hire the best talent.
The ideal candidate will have experience in virtual assistant recruitment or high-volume hiring environments and can work effectively under pressure while meeting strict deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate interviews, screenings, and assessments to ensure alignment with Wing’s standards.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Manage large candidate pools while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Utilize at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management and tracking.
- Assess candidates through online and social media platforms to identify potential fits for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand operational needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles and recommendations to management.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and practices to enhance candidate experience and efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven experience conducting candidate interviews, screenings, and assessments.
- Previous experience hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency specializing in virtual assistant placements is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large candidate pools while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required.
- Familiarity with sourcing and assessing candidates through online and social media platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency with virtual meeting tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype.
