- 在确认队列中处理艺术样稿批准/不批准
- 接收并处理确认邮箱中的客户邮件
- 处理队列中的来电和外拨电话
- 报表、加急请求、现场巡查和其他杂项任务。灵活地进入其他客户服务相关角色

Order Clarification Associate

The Order Clarification Associate is responsible for clarifying and maintaining non production ready orders. This position will process and respond to distributor questions or proof on orders. He/she will also contact distributors via phone, fax and/or email to resolve any issues or questions regarding non production ready orders.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Clarifying and validating customer’s purchase orders and processing order to manufacturing in a timely manner (change imprint colors, set ship dates)
- Processing art proof approvals/non approvals in clarification queues
- Receive and process customer emails in clarification email inbox
- Inbound and outbound phone calls in queues
- Reports, rush request, hand walks and other misc duties. Flexing into other customer service related roles
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service and data entry experience is preferred
Special Training or Competencies:
- Proficiency using a computer and associated software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using order management systems such as Oracle, MacPac and AS400
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
- Possesses good problem solving skills, and is detail oriented
- Proven ability to work well under pressure to meet order deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask & focus on multiple issues at once
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to deescalate situations
