SGS’s Food industry services help ensure food safety, quality, and compliance through testing, inspection, certification, and auditing—supporting businesses across the supply chain from farm to fork.
ROLE OVERVIEW
· Job Title: Client Account Manager - Food Advisory
· Job Type: Fixed Term Contract 12 months
· Location: Fully Remote - Must be UK based and happy to travel to customer sites (ideal location around Leicester)
· Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
· Salary: Up to £38,000 pa DOE
· Industry: Health & Nutrition
Overview of the role - to deliver exceptional service to existing clients, being the key point of contact for a large UK retailer.
· Managing clients workload
· Liaising with internal teams - technical & sales to make sure service level agreements and turnaround times are met
· Obtain forecasts of work coming in to be completed
· Project management
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has over 3 years experience in an account management position, we are looking for someone who has a background in Food Retail or Food Manufacturing
You will also have the following…
· Proven account management experience within a large team
· Educated up to A Level or equivalent
· Project Management life cycle experience
· Advance user of MS Office , including excel
