We’re looking for QA Engineering Tutors with hands-on experience and a calling to guide those who are learning to test. 🙌
This role requires solid knowledge in testing, clear communication and empathy to support and motivate students throughout their learning process.

What you will do
The QA Instructional Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role combining live teaching with technical project evaluation. You will drive student success across the QA bootcamp by delivering high-density live sessions (Webinars and 1:1s) using a centralized, level-based model, while managing asynchronous project reviews and live Co-Learning blocks.
Requirements
For the QA program, we are looking for an experienced QA-engineer who has:
- 3+ years of work experience in QA (automation, mobile experience is an advantage).
- Experience in automation of testing: Selenium + Python.
- You know how to work with the command line, browser DevTools, Charles/Fiddler sniffers, API testing tools: SoapUI, Postman.
- Familiar with the theory of testing and test design and have basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, system architecture.
- Familiar with basics of SQL.
- Proficient English and Spanish languages.
- Full-time availability.
Nice to have:
- Background as a Senior QA and experience as a hiring manager.
- Your own experience as a student online, and the desire to help create the best place in the world to study QA.
