Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premium well over US$25 Billion (P&C). They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states through the efforts of over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world
This role focuses on using advanced analytics to solve strategic business problems that drive profitable growth. Understand the business processes and data landscape of specific teams or segments. Help design, test, and implement analytical solutions (e.g., models, dashboards, strategies).
Location: México and Colombia
Requirements
💻 Key tech & data skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- Strong expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to turn data into business recommendations and visual storytelling.
🔍 What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business research, analytics, or related fields.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Statistics, or related fields).
- Passion for innovation and a user-centered mindset.
