一个简短的版本:
作为基金运营经理,你将被派往前线:与客户紧密合作,关注结果而非工单。我们正在招聘有经验的运营人员,并直接部署到Infra One的创业基金日常运营中。

关于Infra One:

The one-line version:
As a Fund Administration Manager, you'll be forward deployed: embedded with the customer, owning outcomes instead of tickets. We are hiring experienced operators and deploying them directly into the daily running of the venture funds on Infra One.
About Infra One:
Infra One is an AI-native fund administration and investment platform operating across nine jurisdictions (Austria, Germany, UK, US, Luxembourg, Singapore, India, ADGM, Cayman Islands). Venture funds run their entire back office on us: formation and regulatory filings, LP onboarding, KYC/AML, capital calls, deal execution, quarterly reporting. Underneath sits an AI-first backend that does the heavy lifting, extracting data from corporate documents, pre-filling KYC reviews, drafting answers straight from the fund documents, routing investors to the right vehicle, reconciling capital calls. Our benchmark is not the traditional fund administrator with two-week email turnarounds, it is the product experience of the best fintech platforms, with AI doing the reading and humans in the loop who actually know what they're doing.
The role:
You run the operational engine of a small portfolio of venture funds. You are in the GP's WhatsApp group. You are the named person behind their back-office inbox. When their LP is stuck in KYC, when a founder sends over a convertible note to sign "today, ideally," when a fund-of-funds sends a seven-question due-diligence list covering fee mechanics and cross-border tax treatment, you handle it, end to end.
The work is fund operations: onboarding, closings, capital calls, deal execution, reporting, and everything in between. But almost every one of those operations runs through legal documents, LPAs, subscription agreements, CLAs, side letters. Not to give legal advice (we have internal legal and external counsel for that), but because an operator who can't read the documents is blocked twenty times a day, and one who can is unstoppable.
This is not a support queue, and it is not a law firm associate track. You own outcomes for named clients whose fundraises and deals move at startup speed, alongside an engineering team that ships fixes to the things you flag, often the same day.
Elsewhere in the industry, this job doesn't exist as one job. The large US platforms split it into four or five: a relations associate who talks to the GP, a deal-operations associate who executes, a fund accountant who closes the books, an in-house lawyer who reads the documents, an LP-relations team who answers investors. Every handoff between them is somewhere a client waits. We collapse the whole chain into one accountable person per client, and the only reason that works is the AI-first backend underneath you. At the incumbents, the people are the system. Here, the platform is the system: it reads the documents, drafts the answers, runs the checks, and moves the money at lightning speed, and you are its judgment, its signature, and its face to the client. One person with this backend outruns a five-person chain without it. That is the job.
Tasks
What you'll actually do:
A representative week, drawn from real client work:

  • Walk a GP's new LP through subscription and KYC, diagnose why their video identification keeps failing with our provider, and get them across the line with a fifteen-minute call.
  • Take a deal handoff from a GP ("€200k convertible at €5m pre, founder wants to close this week"), collect the company's corporate and AML documents, work through the CLA, catching that the conversion price in the documents doesn't match the agreed terms, and get signatures and the wire out within 48 hours.
  • Answer an institutional LP's due-diligence questionnaire: management fee mechanics, carry catch-up provisions, whether a foreign investor in an Austrian GmbH & Co KG has local tax filing obligations. Turn the best answers into reusable one-pagers so the next fund never has to wait.
  • Flag a side letter demanded by an LP as inappropriate for the check size, and give the GP language to decline without burning the relationship.
  • Keep the GP oriented: a live status overview, what's blocked and on whom, proactive reminders. Many GPs are brilliant and chaotic, your structure is part of the product.
  • Feed everything you learn back into the platform. When you flag that founders don't know what a UBO is, the flow gets rewritten. When an onboarding step confuses LPs, engineering ships a fix. You are the platform's eyes in the field.

Requirements
What we're looking for:

  • An operator, first. You have founded, joined early, or run something. You default to unblocking rather than gold-plating, you know when "N/A" is a complete answer on a checklist, and you understand that a fund's LPs compare us to the best software products they use, not to other administrators.
  • Extreme ownership and responsiveness. Our clients have two modes: now, or not at all. You close loops the same day, you say precisely when something will be done, and it is done then.
  • Precision under speed. Wrong numbers in a capital call, a mismatched signature block, a missed clause in a document, these are not typos in this job, they are incidents. You are fast and exact, and you know which of the two to sacrifice when you must (never the second).
  • Legal background (optional). A law degree or equivalent legal training, and genuine comfort with transaction documents: LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, SAFEs, convertible loans, term sheets. You don't need to be qualified in any particular jurisdiction; you need to be able to read a sixty-page LPA and come back with the answer, not a summary of the question.
  • AI-fluent. You already work with LLMs daily, and "could the machine do this?" is your first question, not an afterthought. The role only works for people who treat the backend as a teammate to direct, not a tool to tolerate.
  • Fluent written and spoken English. German is a meaningful plus; so is any experience with EU or US fund structures.
  • Location and hours. Fully remote from Eastern Europe, South America, or the Philippines, with substantial daily overlap with Central European business hours.

Benefits
What you get:

  • A front-row seat to how venture funds actually work, formation to first close to deal execution to reporting, compressed into months instead of the decade it takes at a law firm or a legacy administrator.
  • AI leverage as the default, not the exception. The backend drafts, extracts, reconciles, and flags; you review, decide, and talk to humans. We automate the repetitive 80% so your time goes to judgment, clients, and edge cases, you will be more leveraged here than anywhere else you have worked, and you help decide what gets automated next.
  • Direct influence on the product. Your field observations become shipped features, sometimes within hours.
  • Direct access to founders, GPs, and LPs, the people most careers only ever see through six layers of hierarchy.
  • Compensation benchmarked at the top of your regional market, paid as a full-time remote engagement.

The test
If you read the week above and thought "that's five different jobs," this isn't for you. If you thought "finally, one job where I get to do all five", we should talk.
To apply, send us a short note (no cover letter theater) telling us about one deal, negotiation, or operational mess you personally untangled, and what you would have automated about it.
