JOB SUMMARY:
Working at the direction of the Corporate PMO Manager, the Corporate Project Analyst supports the Process Management Office (PMO) by coordinating project activities, maintaining standardized processes and documentation, and collecting and analyzing data for reporting and decision-making. Reporting to the Corporate PMO Manager, this role promotes consistent use of project management tools and templates, improves visibility into project status and performance, and serves as a key resource for stakeholders across the organization. This remote position supports project execution, tracking, and reporting and business operations for all DWX hubs, team members, and stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support the Corporate PMO Manager and DWX COO in the design and build-out of the DWX PMO’s operating structure, governance model, methodology, and toolset.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc status reports for PMO Manager, COO, and other leadership and stakeholder review, identifying risks and highlights early and proactively to the PMO Manager.
- Track and report key organizational performance metrics across DWX’s program portfolio with routine reports delivered, at the direction of the PMO Manager, to COO and other relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, minutes, decisions, and action-item follow-up.
- Maintain project schedules, milestone plans, task lists, status updates, and basic resource-allocation information.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays or risks, and proactively communicate issues requiring attention.
- Support project intake, discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain and update centralized document repository for PMO standards, templates, standard operating procedures, and process documentation under guidance from the PMO Manager.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new processes by developing user guides, quick-reference materials, and onboarding resources.
- Coordinate with Quality and Compliance team members and other stakeholders regarding documentation and process requirements.
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize project and operational data for reporting.
- Monitor data quality, resolve missing or inconsistent information, and follow up with data owners as needed.
- Assist with defining and tracking PMO metrics, such as schedule adherence, on-time delivery, resource utilization, and project pipeline activity.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, sheets, and other tracking tools in Smartsheet, Domo, and related platforms.
- Provide basic training and support for PMO tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, reporting consistency, and communication among project stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, data analytics, operations, or a related field. A combination of equivalent experience and education may be considered.
- One to three years of relevant experience preferred in project coordination, business operations, data analysis, reporting, process documentation, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to collect, organize, validate, and analyze data accurately.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking action items, and following work through completion.
- Experience with project management and reporting tools, including Domo, Smartsheet, and SweetProcess, preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Familiarity with Costpoint or similar government-contractor ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
OTHER KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a security clearance or successfully obtain and maintain ITAR license
- Must not have any conflicts of interest affecting DWX or its partners
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
