  • Develop and execute territory and account plans that establish appropriate service levels, engagement strategies, growth objectives, and relationship priorities for each client segment.
  • Conduct structured quarterly, semi-annual, and annual business reviews based on client tier and strategic importance.
  • Drive organic growth within the existing client base by identifying opportunities to increase net new assets and share of wallet with AIM.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the use of AIM's investment management capabilities and solutions within existing relationships.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of assets held with AIM as well as potential assets held elsewhere to identify opportunities to deepen each relationship.
  • Proactively monitor relationship health, client engagement, asset flows, product utilization, and potential retention risks.
  • Develop and execute strategies to protect and retain client assets while addressing issues before they become potential attrition events.
  • Build strong relationships across multiple levels of client organizations, including firm owners, executives, advisors, investment teams, operations professionals, and other key stakeholders.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients internally, coordinating with investment management, trading, operations, service, product, technology, and leadership teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Partner with AIM's investment and product teams to communicate relevant capabilities, platform enhancements, investment solutions, and new opportunities to existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate client plans, relationship activity, asset-growth opportunities, risks, and next steps within the company's CRM.

  • Gather structured client feedback and market intelligence to help inform AIM's product, service, and strategic priorities.
  • Participate in client events, industry conferences, and other relationship-building activities as appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with AIM's Senior Vice Presidents of Business Development to ensure a seamless transition of newly acquired clients from the sales process into long-term relationship management.
  • Act as a senior representative of AIM and consistently deliver a high-touch, consultative client experience.

7–10+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, wealth management, fintech, RIA custody, TAMP/platform solutions, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience managing and expanding relationships with RIAs, wealth management firms, financial advisors, or other institutional investment clients.
  • Strong understanding of the RIA ecosystem and familiarity with investment management platforms, managed accounts, model portfolios, trading, portfolio management, and related wealth-management solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage a territory or portfolio of relationships strategically rather than treating all clients with a one-size-fits-all approach.
  • Experience conducting executive-level business reviews and developing strategic account plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to increase client adoption, assets, and share of wallet while maintaining a relationship-first approach.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to develop trusted relationships with firm owners, executives, CIOs, advisors, and other senior stakeholders.
