职责
- 寻找潜在客户并发送定制信息（在Instagram上）
- 与客户进行对话，当客户回复时进行交流（在Instagram上）
- 将所有数据输入专用数据库
- 与相关影响者安排抽奖活动
- 研究不同领域的品牌：目标客户、竞争对手、影响者/名人、相关的话题标签
- 制定并执行策略
- 向主管汇报
要求
- 能够按照美国时间（早上5点至下午1点 PST）工作，并能随时回应客户在Instagram上的消息
- 英语流利（书面和口语）
- 对与人交流和销售充满热情
- 自我管理能力强，注重细节，结果导向
- 基础的Excel技能

Were looking for an extremely dedicated individual to join our team as a Reviews Acquisition Specialist/ Online Communication Specialist. If social media written communication is your passion, and you would like to work with a very dedicated team, we need your help and your ideas! RESPONSIBILITIES
- Finding potential leads & sending tailored messages to them (on Instagram)
- Conducting the conversation as the prospects reply (on Instagram)
- Inputting all data in dedicated databases
- Arranging giveaways with relevant influencers
- Researching market for brands from different niches: target customers, competitors, influencers/ celebrities, relevant #hashtags
- Planning and following the strategy
- Reporting to supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Availability to work US hours (5am-1pm PST) & answer clients on rolling basis as they message us on Instagram
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Passion for talking with people and sales
- Self-organization, attention to details, result orientation
- Basic Excel skills
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive salary (800-1000 USD/month)

- This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME (40 hr/week) position with an immediate starting date upon hire. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video.
