As trusted advisors, we build in-depth knowledge of what each client wants to achieve. Then we make sure the services delivered by Dell Technologies deliver on all our promises. We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
We are seeking a highly skilled DLC (Direct Liquid Cooling) Service Delivery Engineer to lead the delivery, operational management, and continuous improvement of Dell liquid-cooled infrastructure solutions supporting AI, HPC, and enterprise workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment, onboarding, and operational management of liquid-cooled data center infrastructure services.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and operational readiness of liquid-cooling environments supporting AI and HPC workloads.
- Drive incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, standards, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and facilities teams to ensure seamless service integration and support.
- Drive automation initiatives that improve service reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, SRE, or infrastructure management.
- Expertise in infrastructure lifecycle management, service operations, and operational governance.
- Experience supporting AI, HPC, or data center infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, telemetry, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with liquid cooling technologies and thermal management systems.
- Knowledge of AI, HPC, GPU clusters, or hyperscale data centers.
- Experience with predictive analytics and AI-driven operational automation.
- Advanced degree in a related technical field.
- Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).
