We develop industry-leading Bitcoin self-custody solutions, Bitcoin-based financial products, second-layer scaling technologies, and enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure.We are seeking a Consultant for Delivery, a client-facing role responsible for supporting the delivery of business and technology solutions for enterprise and institutional clients.Operating within the Service & Enterprise Solutions organization, the Consultant works directly at client sites, spending significant time on-site (typically 3 days per week) to support requirements gathering, solution implementation, and client engagement. This role combines functional knowledge with technical aptitude, enabling the Consultant to contribute across the solution delivery lifecycle.The Consultant is valued for their ability to understand both business processes and technical implementations, working under the guidance of Senior Consultants to deliver client value.What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):Work on-site at client locations to support solution delivery activitiesAssist with gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement and process analysisSupport implementation activities including system configuration, testing, and deploymentContribute to solution design activities under guidance from Senior Consultants and Solution ArchitectsWork with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and solutions meet needsConfigure and customize systems based on documented requirements and design specificationsSupport user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer activitiesTroubleshoot issues and work with technical teams to resolve problemsDocument configurations, processes, and implementation decisionsBuild knowledge of client business operations and technical environmentsContribute to delivery activities across requirements, implementation, testing, and support phasesWhat We Look for In You (Required Qualifications):4–6 years of experience in consulting, implementation, business analysis, or technical support rolesUnderstanding of financial services business processes (banking, payments, custody, or related areas)Technical aptitude: ability to learn system configurations, understand basic integrations, and troubleshoot issuesExperience working with enterprise software or financial systemsAbility to gather requirements and document business processesComfortable working on-site at client locations with significant travel (3+ days per week)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills: ability to work with business users and technical colleaguesSelf-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of deliveryWillingness to learn new technologies and business domainsLanguages: German and English required for Zurich; French and English for Geneva; Italian for Lugano; flexibility based on client assignmentLocation: Switzerland (Zurich, Geneva, or Lugano based on client needs)Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):Exposure to blockchain, digital asset, or cryptocurrency technologiesFamiliarity with banking systems, core banking platforms, or financial applicationsBasic technical skills in SQL, APIs, or scriptingBackground in professional services or system integrationKnowledge of custody, payments, or treasury operationsInterest in progressing into Senior Consultant roles🔒 Stay Safe from Job ScamsAll official Blockstream communication will come from an @blockstream.com email address.
