The Sr. IT Construction and Infrastructure Project Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the technology strategy across the construction lifecycle. This role is responsible for leading multiple large, complex projects through all lifecycle phases in support of IT infrastructure and new hospital facility construction. This role is accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope contributes to the continuous improvement of IT program management practices, governance standards, and delivery frameworks across the program.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage large, multifaceted projects with significant business implications; deliver projects on schedule and within budget; and proactively manage project finances and forecasting.
- Facilitate coordination with Facilities, construction, IT, and operational stakeholders to align project scope, timelines, dependencies, and implementation activities for construction-based projects.
- Support facilities-related planning and facilitation, including site readiness, infrastructure coordination, construction impacts, and stakeholder communication across project phases.
- Document project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Schedule and facilitate cross-functional project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting notes, and distributing relevant updates.
- Identify and remove project roadblocks, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate project resources and engage third-party vendors to support successful project execution.
- Develop moderately complex project plans that reflect interdependencies, accurate status updates, and reporting in collaboration with technical project leaders.
- Apply project management tools, methods, and processes effectively.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and commitment to meeting project timelines.
- Lead geographically dispersed teams remotely.
- Navigate ambiguity by facilitating scope clarification and driving achievement of project objectives.
- Adapt to new technology solutions utilized by clients.
- Work collaboratively with business, technical, and operational stakeholders
- Additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
- Seven (7) plus years of experience supporting healthcare construction and infrastructure project management, healthcare programs, projects, transitions, or healthcare IT initiatives.
- Experience supporting healthcare IT, construction, clinical systems, infrastructure, or operational transformation projects.
- Experience collaborating with project sponsors and senior leadership to define priorities and roadmaps.
- Experience managing both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Strong ability to interpret and refine high level business and technical requirements.
- Ability to lead cross functional teams through full lifecycle project delivery.
- Experience leading program and project activities in healthcare, managed services, consulting, or technology environments.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing risks, issues, action items, and escalations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong working skills and collaboration across internal and external teams.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and healthcare delivery environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and SharePoint).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM, Jira, or other project management tools.
- Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute.
- Excellent communication skills (English verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Ability to travel up to 50%.
