Your role extends beyond crafting exceptional designs; it's about adding depth and meaning to the experience while maintaining our core values. 👨‍🎤 As our Product Designer, you will: Lead product design initiatives from conception to final executionDrive continuous improvements in our design processes, proposing strategies to elevate the quality of outputsEnsure consistency in design outputs by collaborating closely with product managers, other designers and engineersDrive the evolution and adherence to SafetyWing's design systemPresent product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership 🧪 We are looking for someone who: Has advanced product design experience demonstrated through a portfolio of impactful design solutionsHas experience designing user experiences within insurance, finance or other compliance regulated sectorsDesigns beyond the screen, considering dependencies, user flows, and long-term product architecture to create coherent and scalable solutionsIs proficient in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma and is committed to continuous learning of new featuresHas experience conducting usability testingCan communicate design ideas clearly and champion design principles across diverse audiences, including design and non-design stakeholdersCan think beyond the immediate design task and understand the bigger business and product strategy😀 We like to work with people who:Want to help build a global social safety net on the internetThink for themselves instead of copying othersAre willing to try new things, even with the risk of failureAre intellectually curious and open to new ideasAre creative and bold in the face of any problemsHave strong integrity and do the right thing
