As DACH region is a key growth market for Aldevron in Europe, you will be responsible for achieving orders and performance targets by developing new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles and large (multi-million dollar, multi-year) deals, and building strong executive-level client relationships.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Goal Achievement and Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed assigned orders goals, pipeline metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) by maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and commercial excellence. Lead cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to tailor solutions for clients, ensuring successful closure of deals. Coach and mentor team members in best practices for funnel management, prospecting, value selling and CRM discipline.
- Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and senior or executive leadership to influence buying decisions and foster long-term client loyalty. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring Aldevron’s value proposition is clearly communicated and aligned with client needs, and maintain a high level of engagement with stakeholders throughout the sales process.
- Peer Leadership and Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leading, facilitating, and participating in relevant workshops and leveraging Danaher Business System (DBS) tools. Lead by example in sharing best practices, and mentor peers to help shape team culture, performance standards, and overall organizational excellence.
The essential requirements of the job include:
