  • 熟练使用SQL并有处理大数据集的经验。
  • 能够独立、主动且战略性地工作。
  • 具备强烈的商业意识，注重提供答案和业务价值。
  • 优秀的利益相关者管理和沟通能力。

Responsibilities

  • AnalyzeE-Commerce, Finance,Growth, andOperationalperformance.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations, notjustreports.
  • Evaluate projects and businessinitiatives based on data.
  • Build forecasting and predictivemodelsto support decision-making.
  • Analyze customer acquisition,revenue,profitability, andperformanceKPIs.
  • Work closelywithstakeholdersandchallenge assumptionsthroughdata-driven

insights.

  • Supportthe development of a data-driven culture and improve business

performance across departments.
Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience inDataAnalytics/Business Analytics.
  • Strong E-Commerce analytics experience.
  • Hands-on Machine Learning experience (applied business use cases).
  • Experiencewith Finance KPIs,Growth, RevenueAnalysis, Forecasting, and

Performance Analytics.

  • Strong SQL skills and experiencewith large datasets.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and strategically.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering answers and business value.
  • Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills.
