We are seeking a Campaign Data Analyst to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

What is this position about?
· Translate campaign requirements into segmentation logic, SQL queries, and executable workflows
· Execute campaign code and generate list pulls using established frameworks
· Validate campaign outputs through reconciliation checks, exploratory analysis, and edge case detection
· Perform statistical checks to confirm segment distributions, thresholds, and suppression logic
· Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for large-scale extraction and analysis
· Support ETL workflows in SSIS (Visual Studio), including job monitoring and troubleshooting
· Use Tableau and Looker for data validation and analytical slicing (not dashboard development)
· Identify opportunities to automate campaign execution and validation to improve reliability and reduce risk
· Ensure secure delivery and compliance through SFTP transfers, encryption/decryption, and governance standards

Qualifications
· Strong SQL skills for segmentation, extraction, and analytical validation
· Hands-on experience with SSIS and Visual Studio for ETL workflow execution
· Proven experience validating large datasets and performing analytical QA checks
· Familiarity with secure data transfer processes (SFTP, encryption/decryption)
· Background in marketing, CRM, customer data, or campaign operations
· Knowledge of Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, or SciPy is a plus
· Experience with version control workflows (Git) and modernizing legacy data processes is preferred

How much experience must I have?
5+ years of experience in data analytics, campaign segmentation, data validation, or operational analytics roles, with strong hands-on SQL and ETL execution skills.
