#### Job Description
**What you get to do in this role:**
- Lead operational execution of pricing proposals/new commercial models from approval through implementation and launch
- Translate new commercial models and new offers into clear business requirements for product setup, config, pricing, quoting, entitlements and usage tracking systems
- Works with cross-functional teams and IT partners to clarify the requirements, validate the solutions, accept the solutions
- Supports the enablement of commercials related functions – Sales, Deal Desk, Customers and Commercial Operations
- Develops, tracks and reports on a clear project plan for the execution from strategy
- Drives the operationalization of processes following established governance processes
- Identify opportunities to drive productivity for commercial operations team in the process end-to-end
- This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and serves as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team.
#### Qualifications
**To be successful in this role you have:**
- 8+ years of experience driving operationalization of new offers and commercial models
- Experience implementing complex and highly cross-functional process/system transformation projects
- Effectively led a team of high performing individuals driving process/system transformation
- Experience in business process areas covering product/pricing setup, config, pricing, quoting, billing, entitlements, usage, compensation in SaaS industry
- Have successfully translated strategic decisions into operational business requirements
- Have implemented creative solutions to drive productivity for commercial operations teams using AI/Citizen Developed capabilities
- Collaborated effectively with business and IT teams
- Have worked effectively in a highly complex, fast-paced and dynamic business environment
- Proven experience leading a team, mentor and develop team members.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of **$220,300 - $396,500**, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
