您将具备
- 商业、技术或相关领域的学士学位，或同等经验。
- 3-5年的项目管理经验，最好在SaaS或企业软件领域；拥有PMP、CAPM或敏捷认证者优先。
- 在客户导向项目中取得成功经验，具备强大的利益相关者管理能力。
- 具备扎实的组织、多任务处理和沟通能力，熟练使用项目管理工具和方法。
- 一位能够预见风险并推动解决方案的问题解决者，能够在技术和业务受众之间自信沟通。

We're looking for a Project Manager II to lead the delivery of mid-sized customer implementation projects, ensuring AbsenceSoft solutions are deployed on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. In this role, you'll manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing customer needs with internal resources while driving consistent, high-quality delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own end-to-end delivery of mid-sized customer implementation projects, developing project plans and coordinating cross-functional resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
- Identify project risks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Track and report on project health, budget, and timelines, contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Help maintain organizational security and compliance controls within your role.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software; PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading customer-facing projects, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Solid organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities, paired with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- A problem-solver who anticipates risks and drives solutions, and a confident communicator across both technical and business audiences.
- Flexibility and effectiveness in managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with HR technology or leave management solutions is preferred.

Final compensation is determined based on a candidate's relevant experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for annual bonus.
