About the RoleKnow Your Customer (KYC) and counterparty due diligence are the first line of defense against financial crime, sanctions exposure, and reputational harm. As Ondo scales its institutional product offerings and onboards a growing number of counterparties across multiple jurisdictions, we are looking for a dedicated Compliance KYC Manager to own, enhance, and oversee our end-to-end customer risk management lifecycle.This is a foundational role—not simply operational.
