About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and help power Ondo's expansion across the APAC region. This is a highly technical, partner-facing role responsible for helping exchanges, custodians, wallets, and other strategic partners successfully integrate with Ondo's products and infrastructure.As one of the primary technical points of contact for partners, you'll work closely with Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the entire partner lifecycle—from technical discovery and solution design through implementation, launch, and ongoing optimization. You'll troubleshoot complex integration challenges, provide technical guidance, and ensure partners are successful long after launch.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving difficult technical problems while building strong external relationships. You'll act as the bridge between our partners and internal engineering teams, helping accelerate integrations while identifying opportunities to improve our products and developer experience.The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure. Experience working with exchanges, crypto infrastructure providers, or institutional blockchain products is highly valued.This role is focused on supporting partners across the APAC region.
