This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to develop expertise in digital assets, financial services transformation, and enterprise blockchain solutions.Within the Service & Enterprise Solutions organization, the Business Analyst works closely with banking and institutional clients to understand their needs, document workflows, and translate complex requirements into actionable specifications. This role collaborates with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to ensure blockchain solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):Gather and document business requirements from banking and financial services clientsConduct stakeholder interviews and requirements elicitation sessionsMap and document business processes related to digital assets, payments, and financial servicesCreate functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaAnalyze business processes to identify improvement opportunitiesTranslate business requirements into clear technical specificationsSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and test case developmentFacilitate communication between business and technical teamsDocument solution designs, data flows, and system integration requirementsAssist with change management and end-user training initiativesWhat We Look for In You (Required Qualifications):Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field0-2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst (internships in banking, fintech, or consulting count)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiencesProficiency with requirements documentation tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Confluence, or similar)Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of deliveryStrong stakeholder management and facilitation skillsEagerness to learn about blockchain technology and financial servicesLanguages: French and English required; Swiss German, German and/or Italian a plusLocation: Switzerland, with focus on Geneva.Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):Basic understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, or digital assetsExposure to process mapping and business process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)Familiarity with financial services operations (payments, custody, trading, settlements)Knowledge of SQL or data analysis toolsUnderstanding of agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)Awareness of regulatory requirements in financial services (AML/KYC, MiCA)Business analysis certification (ECBA, CCBA, or similar) or willingness to pursue Interest in progressing🔒 Stay Safe from Job ScamsAll official Blockstream communication will come from an @blockstream.com email address.
