We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.About the roleYou'll design the products at the core of app.ondo.finance — where private clients, high-value investors, and primary-market participants access, subscribe to, and manage sophisticated financial instruments across blockchain ecosystems. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you'll shape product direction while shipping polished, end-to-end experiences in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Research.We're hiring across mid and senior levels, and the scope of ownership will be calibrated to your experience.What You'll DoTranslate complex financial concepts and user needs into intuitive, trustworthy product experiencesDesign end-to-end flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobileContribute to (and at senior level, drive) product strategy alongside Product and EngineeringBuild on and evolve our design system, including documentation and toolingPartner with Engineering through implementation to ensure quality and accuracyDefine design success metrics and measure the impact of your workWhat We're Looking For3+ years of product design experience designing web or mobile products, with experience shipping fintech, trading, investing, or banking products strongly preferred.You Love Design CraftCraft.
