About the Role
CK Funded is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager based in Pakistan to help lead our expansion in the South Asian trading market. This role is perfect for someone with a strong academic background, deep experience in the trading industry, and a proven ability to drive growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
As a BDM, you'll be responsible for building CK Funded brand presence in Pakistan, forming relationships with traders, influencers, and institutions, and ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
What You Will Do

• Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to Pakistans trading landscape

• Identify and onboard trading influencers, partners, affiliates, academies, and institutions

• Promote CK Funded trading challenges, funding models, and unique value proposition to local markets

• Represent CK Funded at virtual events, digital campaigns, webinars, and community platforms

• Manage and grow a qualified pipeline of leads and close high-potential traders

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, support, and product) to align local efforts with global strategies

• Provide weekly market feedback and performance reports to senior management

• Help localize offers, promotions, and communication for cultural relevance

• Uphold the brands professionalism and ethics in all communications and partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a relevant field (Internationally recognized degrees preferred)

• Fluency in English and Urdu (both written and verbal)

• Strong understanding of the trading industry, including prop firms, forex, and funding challenges

• Skilled in using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Certifications in financial markets, trading, or digital sales are a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management

• Previous experience in a prop firm, trading platform, forex brokerage, or fintech company is required

• Demonstrated success in achieving targets and building scalable growth systems

• Deep knowledge of Pakistans trading audience, behaviour, and content channels

• Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns and trader acquisition funnels
