#### Job Description
**Job Description**
We are looking for an SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) Specialist to join our team responsible for the reliability and resilience of our products.
The professional will be a key player in supporting and evolving critical solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, observability, and automation in a complex, large-scale environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as a technical reference in SRE for Identity & Fraud products, supporting development and operations teams.
- Define, implement, and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct incident analyses, proposing preventive and corrective actions to avoid recurrences.
- Automate provisioning, deployment, scalability, and failure recovery processes.
- Design and maintain observability solutions (logs, metrics, traces, and alerts).
- Participate in capacity and performance engineering, ensuring systems support demand in a predictable manner.
- Support architectural evolution for the resilience, scalability, and security of Identity & Fraud systems.
- Promote best practices for infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and secure change management.
- Work on critical operations, performing troubleshooting and real-time problem mitigation.
**Requirements**
- Solid experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering in mission-critical environments.
- Mastery of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure, and GCP).
- Advanced knowledge of automation and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Experience in Monitoring and Observability, especially Datadog, but also with experience in Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and best practices for versioning and deployment.
- Strong capacity for performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of distributed systems.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to work in partnership with development, product, and operations teams.
- Good communication, systemic vision, and focus on solving complex problems.
**Desirable**
- Experience with resilience in identity and fraud systems.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, OCI, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with chaos engineering and resilience testing.
- Knowledge of application and infrastructure security.
