Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Architect to lead the design, development, optimization, and modernization of cloud-based Dynamics F&O environments. In this role, you will bring deep technical and functional expertise to support ERP transformation initiatives, guide architecture decisions, and help drive successful implementations, integrations, and migrations to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and optimization ofDynamics 365 Finance & Operationssolutions in cloud environments.

• Supportmigration and modernization initiativesfrom Dynamics AX and legacy ERP platforms toD365 F&O.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical and functional solution designs.

• Oversee ERP implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and best practices.

• Design and supportintegrations with third-party systemsand related interfacing solutions.

• Provide expertise across the technical and functional aspects ofDynamics F&O, including solution design, customization, and administration.

• Contribute to architecture and configuration efforts involvingDynamics 365 Customer Engagement Onlineand related modules.

• Support solutioning acrossCustomer Service, Omnichannel, Sales, and Field Servicecapabilities where applicable.

• Develop and maintaintechnical design documentation, system configurations, process instructions, and related ERP documentation.

• GuideStarter Kit configurationand customization development activities as needed.

• Utilize development and version control tools such asAzure DevOpsandGitHubto support delivery excellence.

• Provide technical and functional training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.

• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend effective solutions.

• Collaborate effectively with business, technical, and project teams to foster successful solution delivery.

• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.

• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience inDynamics 365,Dynamics F&O engineering, architecture, or similar roles.

• Extensive technical and functional expertise inDynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Hands-on experience withDynamics F&O/AX migration and modernization projects.

• Demonstrated success inERP implementation and management, including integration with third-party systems.

• Strong understanding ofERP system architecture, administration, and best practices.

• Experience withsystem integrationand interfacing techniques.

• Background inDynamics 365 Customer Service and Salesfunctionality, customization, and administration.

• In-depth knowledge ofDynamics 365 Customer Engagement architectureand customization development.

• Familiarity withDynamics 365 modules, includingCustomer Service, Omnichannel, Sales, and Field Service.

• Understanding ofcloud technologiesand their impact on ERP systems.

• Proficiency in creating and maintainingtechnical documentation, system configurations, and ERP process instructions.

• Experience usingAzure DevOps,GitHub, or similar development and version control tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.

• Experience deliveringtechnical or functional trainingand knowledge transfer sessions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
