Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Architect / Consultant to act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers. This role will lead identity modernization initiatives, assess and optimize existing MIM deployments, design hybrid identity architectures, and guide migrations to modern cloud-based identity governance solutions.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in IAM, hands-on experience with MIM/FIM, and a strong background in hybrid identity, customer consulting, and Microsoft identity technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers usingMicrosoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- Lead identity transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Conduct technical workshops, architecture reviews, and operational health assessments.
- Design and validate hybrid identity architectures integrating:
- Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Active Directory
- Azure Active Directory Connect / Entra Connect
- Identity Governance solutions
- Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Provide technical guidance for:
- User provisioning and deprovisioning
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Self-service password reset (SSPR)
- Group and role management
- Synchronization and metaverse design
- Identity governance processes
- Support migration fromlegacy IAM platformsandMIMto modern cloud-based identity governance solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex identity lifecycle, synchronization, and provisioning issues.
- Deliver remediation plans and architectural recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ yearsof experience inIdentity and Access Management (IAM).
- Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Identity Manager (MIM)orForefront Identity Manager (FIM).
- Experience designing and supportinghybrid identity solutions.
- Required experience migrating customers from MIM to modern cloud-based identity governance solutions.
- Strong understanding of:
