Real Estate Deal Analyst & Coordinator

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Real Estate Deal Analyst & Coordinator to manage and optimize a high-volume real estate deal pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in real estate operations, acquisitions, transaction coordination, or deal analysis who enjoys keeping transactions organized from lead through closing. You’ll work closely with buyers, sellers, agents, title companies, and internal teams to evaluate opportunities, coordinate communication, and keep deals moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
Deal Analysis
- Review property information, deal structures, and investment opportunities.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support acquisition decisions.
- Prepare deal summaries and recommendations for leadership.
Pipeline Management
- Track active deals from lead through closing.
- Monitor deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups.
- Identify risks or bottlenecks that could delay transactions.
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, title companies, and internal stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Ensure all parties remain aligned throughout the transaction process.
CRM & Documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and deal statuses.
- Prepare reports and supporting documentation.
- Keep deal files organized and up to date.
Process Improvement
- Identify workflow inefficiencies.
- Recommend improvements that increase transaction speed and operational efficiency.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in real estate operations, acquisitions, transaction coordination, deal management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate property and transaction data.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and availability for 30+ hours per week.
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, acquisitions, or dispositions.
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate transactions and terminology.
- Experience with Podio, Follow Up Boss, REI BlackBook, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting high-volume real estate investment teams.
