任职资格
- 教育：多媒体艺术、电影、传播或相关领域的学士学位（优先，但非必需）
- 经验：3年以上视频剪辑或制作经验
- 技术技能：熟练使用视频剪辑软件（如 Adobe Premiere Pro、After Effects、Final Cut Pro），具备基本的动态图形和音频编辑知识

Job Overview
The Production Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality video content that aligns with brand objectives and storytelling goals. This role involves editing raw footage, enhancing visuals and audio, and producing engaging content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into compelling videos, including cutting, sequencing, color correction, and sound design
- Content Production: Produce engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal use
- Motion Graphics & Effects: Incorporate graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance content quality
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to align video output with campaign goals
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain video files, assets, and project files efficiently
- Quality Control: Ensure all videos meet brand standards, deadlines, and technical requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in video editing or production
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro), basic knowledge of motion graphics and audio editing
- Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills
- Language: Proficient in English (written and verbal)
