- 架构设计与决策支持：指导架构和服务设计决策，确保可扩展性、弹性、成本效率和整体解决方案质量。
- 利益相关者参与与透明度：确保架构的清晰文档和可视化，同时与业务和技术利益相关者互动，推动对齐和采用。
资格：
- 企业架构专长：在企业架构框架、治理模型和架构最佳实践方面有丰富经验，具有3-5年相关专业经验。
- 教育与认证：计算机科学、信息系统、工程或相关领域的学位；拥有TOGAF或同等企业架构认证者优先。
- IT环境与转型：具备评估复杂IT环境并制定可操作转型路线图的实际能力。
- 安全与服务管理：对IT安全、合规性和服务生命周期管理原则有扎实的理解。
- 工具与建模：有使用架构建模和可视化工具（如LeanIX或其他类似平台）的经验。
- 执行与交付思维：具备强烈的责任感，能够将战略转化为执行，管理优先级，并在复杂环境中推动成果。
- 利益相关者管理与沟通：优秀的沟通、讲故事和影响力技能，具有协作和结构化的工作风格。

Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Architecture Foundation: Build and maintain the Enterprise Architecture baseline by mapping the current IT landscape (applications, components, integrations) and aligning it with the target architecture.
- Framework & Strategy Alignment: Define, evolve, and ensure alignment of the Enterprise Architecture framework with business strategy, security requirements, and group standards.
- Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce Enterprise Architecture governance, including guidelines, review processes, and compliance with defined standards.
- Demand & Portfolio Alignment: Support and integrate Enterprise Architecture into IT demand management processes, ensuring architectural validation, prioritization, and value-driven decision-making.
- Architectural Roadmaps & Transformation: Assess the current landscape against the target architecture, identify gaps, and drive pragmatic transformation initiatives with Solution Architects.
- Architecture Design & Decision Support: Guide architecture and service design decisions, ensuring scalability, resilience, cost efficiency, and overall solution quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Transparency: Ensure clear documentation and visualization of architecture while engaging business and technical stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
Qualifications:
- Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, governance models, and architecture best practices, with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Education & Certifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification is a strong plus.
- IT Landscape & Transformation: Proven ability to assess complex IT environments and define actionable transformation roadmaps.
- Security & Service Management: Solid understanding of IT security, compliance, and service lifecycle management principles.
- Tools & Modeling: Experience with architecture modeling and visualization tools (e.g., LeanIX or similar platforms).
- Execution & Delivery Mindset: Strong ownership, ability to translate strategy into execution, manage priorities, and drive results in complex environments.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills, with a collaborative and structured working style.
The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €42,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities
