· 为第一天的销售做好准备：你将在 Dutchie 中为实体店团队当天收到的所有产品执行夜间后台 POS 端的工作，确保一切在门店开门前都已完美准备和更新。
- 完善数字菜单：你将创建详细的新目录条目，并验证命名规范、品牌分类、定价、描述和检测报告，确保线上和数字菜单板无误。
- 保障数据合规：在一个高度监管的行业工作，你将处理每年超过 25,000 条记录，保持极高的持续准确性——在它们影响运营之前识别菜单差异、定价错误或缺失图片。
- 支持领导决策：你将系统地生成每日“先卖”库存列表，并撰写详尽的班次结束报告，向管理层提供即时、可操作的清晰信息，而无需任何提醒。

What We Do
At Outsource Access, we help state-licensed cannabis retailers seamlessly manage their back-office logistics and live digital storefronts.We don't just process inventory data—we make sure that thousands of product listings are flawlessly cataloged, priced, and live on retail menus before the storefront doors open every single morning.
How You’ll Make a Difference
· Setting the Stage for Day-One Sales:You will meticulously execute overnight back-office POS-side work in Dutchie for all products received by the brick-and-mortar team during the day,guaranteeing everything is perfectly prepared and updated before store opening.
- Perfecting the Digital Menu:You will build detailed new catalog entries and verify naming conventions,brand categories,pricing,descriptions,and lab test results,ensuring online and digital menu boards are flawless.
- Guarding Data Compliance:Operating in a highly regulated industry,you will handle over 25,000 yearly entries with supreme,sustained accuracy—identifying menu discrepancies,pricing errors,or missing images before they can impact operations.
- Empowering Leadership Decisions:You will systematically generate nightly "sell-first" lists for aging inventory and craft comprehensive end-of-shift reports,delivering immediate,actionable clarity to management without ever needing a reminder.

- Tech-Savvy: You adapt instantly to new platforms and already have a proven track record navigating complex Point of Sale (POS), e-commerce catalogs, or backend inventory software like Dutchie and Google Workspace.
