The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle within an assigned territory — building pipeline, following up on inbound and marketing-generated opportunities, conducting discovery, demonstrating the value of the EPR Fireworks platform, developing proposals, and closing new business.
The ideal candidate is a motivated seller who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and taking ownership of their territory. This person should be comfortable speaking with fire chiefs, EMS leaders, department administrators, IT teams, and other stakeholders and translating their operational challenges into clear software solutions.

- Understand Customer Needs:Lead consultative conversations with Fire and EMS departments to understand their current processes, challenges, priorities, and technology needs.
- Position EPR Fireworks Solutions:Clearly communicate the value of the EPR Fireworks platform and connect relevant products and capabilities to each agency’s needs.
- Deliver Effective Presentations and Demos:Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations independently and alongside internal product or technical resources when needed.
- Manage Territory and Relationships:Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers throughout an assigned territory and identify opportunities to expand EPR Fireworks' presence.

- Ability to learn software products quickly and communicate technical capabilities in a clear, customer-friendly way.

- Willingness to travel for conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and other sales activities as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
· A motivated hunter and closerwho enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, and moving deals forward.
- Customer-focused and consultative, taking the time to understand how an agency operates before recommending a solution.
- Comfortable with Fire and EMS leaders, or eager to learn the public safety industry and build credibility within it.
- Organized and accountable, with strong follow-through and ownership of pipeline, territory, and results.
- Confident but approachable, able to build trust with prospects without relying on an overly aggressive sales style.
- Tech-forward and adaptable, comfortable learning new products, using sales technology, and incorporating data and AI tools into their workflow.
- Collaborative, working effectively with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success.
