What You'll Do
- Review and coding of AP invoices into AP Portal.
- Review and coding of credit card expenses and export to the GL system.
- Manage corporate credit card system, such as following up on old card transactions, delayed approvals, and missing items.
- Assist various departments across the company with corporate credit card system inquiries.
- Maintain the travel and lodging tracker for ESG compliance.
- Provide a summary of expenses by vendor for expense transparency.
- Prepare monthly credit card expense accrual journal entry.
- Prepare monthly accrued expenses journal entry.
- Monthly reconciliation of corporate credit card GL account.
- Assist Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant with other journal entries and reconciliations on an as-needed basis.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
Bonus Points
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Corporate expense experience (RAMP highly preferred).
- Dynamics 365 experience.
