We are looking for a motivated Call Operator to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy customer interaction and working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts
· Communicate with customers via phone and email
· Update customer information in CRM systems
· Support customer engagement activities
Requirements
· Good computer skills
· Experience in customer service is a plus
· Ability to work independently and multitask
· Willingness to work with outbound calls
Languages
· Arabic – Native
· English – Intermediate
· Russian – A plus
