The Learning & Development Consultant provides strategic, organizational-level workplace wellbeing consultancy to international corporate clients across Lyra’s global markets. Partnering closely with clients, Account Management, and internal stakeholders, this role identifies workforce wellbeing needs and designs scalable, clinically sound, and commercially viable group-based learning interventions (workshops, webinars, leadership programs, and campaigns).
