#### Job Description
- Proactively monitor infrastructure and application components to prevent business impact.
- Monitor, analyze, adjust, and resume processing flows for production routines.
- Daily verify the production activity scheduling system and execute the strategic Check-List.
- Troubleshoot and log events occurring in the production environment.
- Manage, execute, and control all IT service requests.
- Execute releases and support operational processes for IT changes in Production.

- Completed higher education;
- Internet / Intranet - Basic;
- Z/OS - Introduction, Concepts, and Operational Resources;
- TSO - Concepts and Resources;
- JCL - Concepts and Resources;
- CICS - Concepts;
- Control/(M/R/D/O) Family - Concepts and Resources;
- VSAM - Concepts;
- DB2 Database – Concepts and Resources;
- Connect Direct – Concepts and Resources;
- EDI Software – (Electronic Data Interchange) – Concepts;
- LAN / WAN Network - Concepts and Resources;
- Excel - Concepts and Resources;
