- Manage full-cycle revenue operations for FQHC and primary care clients
- • Utilize Athena to manage workflows, reporting, billing, and A/R performance
- • Monitor A/R, denials, collections, and payer trends
- • Ensure billing practices comply with FQHC, Medicare, Medicaid, and payer requirements
- • Review revenue codes, claims, documentation, and workflows for accuracy and compliance
- • Develop and analyze reports to identify revenue opportunities and performance gaps
- • Lead client meetings and communicate revenue cycle performance and recommendations
- • Train client staff and providers on billing workflows, compliance, and best practices
- • Partner with internal teams to resolve billing, credentialing, and reimbursement issues
- • Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution

- Associate’s degree or higher required
- • 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience required
- • Direct FQHC billing experience required
