#### **Why This Role Exists**
Eulerity-GACS is an AI-native marketing automation platform — not a legacy tool with AI bolted on. We serve enterprise brands like Mastercard, UPS Store, Uber Eats, automating digital advertising across thousands of franchise locations. As we scale, we are expanding our India-based Mobile Engineering team to support our rapidly growing client base!
We aren't looking for a traditional developer who writes Swift. We want an AI-augmented engineer who treats agentic coding workflows as their primary development tool. At Eulerity-GACS, AI-first development enables us to ship high-impact features to real users at a pace that leaves legacy competitors behind.
If you are a senior-level developer who has already restructured your workflow around Claude Code, Copilot, and system prompting to move faster than your peers, we want you on our team.

- **Location:** Remote (India)
- **Schedule:** Shifted to ensure close alignment and high-bandwidth collaboration with US EST hours (e.g., approximately 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
- **Compensation:** ₹13-16 LPA (depending on experience)
- **AI Tools:** Unlimited. Claude Code, Copilot, whatever makes you sharp — we don't gatekeep tools here.

#### **What You'll Actually Do**
This is a high-ownership role where you will be building features that real users depend on daily.
- Develop, test, and maintain our high-quality iOS application using Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit, and AI-first development practices. Agentic coding tools will be your daily drivers.
- Collaborate closely with US-based Product and Design teams to implement features from architecture through deployment, leveraging AI for code generation, debugging, and review.
- Write clean, scalable, and highly maintainable code following best practices and architectural patterns.
- Utilize effective prompts and system instructions as a core engineering skill to maintain a robust MVVM architecture.
#### **Who You Are**
We are looking for a technically sharp developer who builds with AI by default and is energized by shipping things that matter.
**Non-Negotiables**
- 3+ years of professional iOS experience with a deep mastery of Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Xcode.
- AI-Native Workflow: You don’t just "use" AI; tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar agents are core to your development process.
- Prompting Mastery: You understand the difference between a basic prompt and a great system instruction to get production-ready output
- Architectural Rigor: Strong understanding of iOS design patterns (MVVM) and experience integrating complex third-party libraries (CocoaPods, SPM, Firebase, etc.).
- Collaboration: Strong English communication skills and the ability to maintain a schedule that allows for consistent, real-time collaboration with our US team.
- Ownership Mentality: You can take a task from concept to completion independently while staying connected with a distributed team.
**Big Differentiators**
- Experience with Android Development is a major plus.
- Proven ability to manage, process, and display large volumes of data within a mobile environment
- Experience using AI tools to streamline unit testing and automated testing workflows.
- Prior experience working directly with US-based startups or distributed global teams.
