Were now on a mission to hire a Sourcing Specialist who will help stay ahead of industry trends so we can keep providing exceptional results every time!
It will be a perfect fit if:
- You have 1+ year experience in sourcing;
- You have knowledge of recruiting platforms (Linkedin etc);
- You have experience of working remotely;
- You have excellent written communication skills in English;
- You have experience of working with modern recruiting programs and tools;
- You are a results-oriented person;
- You have natural ability to make things happen and get stuff done.
Your tasks will include:
- Interact with potential candidates on social and professional networks;
- Identify profiles of qualified candidates using various search methods;
- Develop new search channels for future recruitment needs;
- Maintain a database of candidates;
- Communicate with candidates, organize interviews;
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and work cooperatively with them;
- Provide reporting.
