ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product areas from strategy through execution and work closely with Engineering, Design, customers, and leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own product strategy and roadmap for a defined product area.
- Translate customer problems into product requirements.
- Conduct customer discovery and market research.
- Define product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design through delivery.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback.
- Drive launches and product adoption.
- Communicate roadmap and product strategy to stakeholders.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Proven experience owning products from discovery through launch.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineers.
- Strong customer and product intuition.
- Experience operating in fast-moving environments.
NICE TO HAVE
- AI/ML or developer products.
- B2B SaaS.
- Startup or scale-up experience.
- Technical product management background.
