Lead Project Manager

- 在复杂国际项目/计划中担任项目副经理角色，次要负责按照预定义的质量标准，在规定时间内和预算内完成项目交付物
- 遵守并推广在与PSI客户打交道时的服务和交付原则
- 项目团队领导
公司/部门任务包括：
- 对研究团队成员进行培训、指导和辅导
- 参与可行性研究
- 协助业务开发任务，如撰写方案、客户演示、投标答辩会议等
- 实施公司标准流程并遵守部门内部程序
- 至少5年临床研究行业经验
- 至少2年项目级别的临床项目管理经验，包括从启动到收尾的所有项目阶段
- 有肿瘤学经验者优先，有胃肠病学和/或放射药物经验者更佳

As a Lead Project Manager, your role will consist of two parts: Project Management and Corporate/Departmental Assignments.
Project Management responsibilities include:
· Management of small (<5 countries and/or limited services) and medium sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) projects under general supervision with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget
· Performing the project co-manager’s role in complex international projects/programs with secondary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget
· Adherence to and promotion of principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers
· Project team leadership
Corporate/Departmental Assignments include:
· Training, mentoring and coaching of study team members.
· Participation in feasibility research
· Assistance in business development tasks, such as development of proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, and the like
· Implementation of company standard practices and compliance with intradepartmental procedures
- At least 5-year industry experience in clinical research
- At least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience, including management of all project phases from startup to closure
- Experience in Oncology is preferred, experience in Gastroenterology and/or radipharmaceuticals is a plus
