**主要职责**

- 管理复杂且影响重大的项目，以提升关键银行业务，包括账户准入、客户维护、资金管理服务和贷款流程
- 成为客户的可信赖顾问，帮助他们理解如何充分利用 Prelim 平台来优化运营并实现可衡量的业务成果
- 为产品团队提供战略见解和反馈，推动平台的持续改进和创新
- 与多家客户组织的银行高管和运营团队建立并维护良好的关系

**Transform how the world's banks serve their customers**
Prelim is revolutionizing how financial institutions onboard and serve their customers. Our platform powers critical banking operations for institutions across the world, from community banks to some of the largest financial institutions. We're a fast-growing, remote-first startup with a simple mission: make banking more accessible for everyone.
**Why We're Looking for You**
We're looking for an Implementation Architect to join our growing team and help banks successfully launch and optimize their digital banking experiences. This is a hands-on role where you'll configure banking workflows, manage client relationships, and directly impact how millions of customers interact with their financial institutions.
As an Implementation Architect, you'll be the bridge between our powerful platform and our clients' vision, turning complex banking requirements into seamless digital experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure and customize banking workflows including account opening, onboarding, maintenance, and lending applications using our no-code platform
- Build forms, set up integrations, and create business rules that meet specific regulatory and operational requirements
- Lead client calls and manage multiple concurrent implementations with competing deadlines
- Manage complex, high-impact projects that enhance essential banking services, including account onboarding, customer maintenance, treasury services, and lending processes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand how to fully leverage Prelim's platform to streamline operations and drive measurable business outcomes
- Provide strategic insights and feedback to product teams, contributing to ongoing platform improvements and innovation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking executives and operations teams across multiple client organizations
**What We're Looking For**
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Technical skills in a scripting language
- Excellent communication abilities - you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure
- Quick learner who can master new technical concepts independently
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States
**Nice to Haves**
- Experience with no-code/low-code platforms or workflow automation tools
- Previous consulting or professional services experience
