- 能够分析业务问题，识别解决方案，并将需求转化为清晰且可操作的交付成果。
优先资格
- 有在敏捷/Scrum环境中工作的经验。
- 熟悉Azure DevOps、GitHub、Jira、Confluence、Visio、Lucid chart或类似工具。
- 具备较强的分析、解决问题和组织能力。
- 在快速发展的SaaS环境中，有管理多个利益相关者和优先事项的经验。

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry who can effectively bridge business and technology teams, drive requirement clarity, and contribute to successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals, including requirement gathering, user story creation, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience creating and maintaining requirement artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, workflow diagrams, mockups, and functional specifications.
- Basic technical knowledge of SQL, APIs, application logs, system integrations, and related technology concepts to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
- Practical experience using AI-powered tools to support documentation, research, analysis, and productivity improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams.
- Ability to analyze business problems, identify solutions, and translate requirements into clear and actionable deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucid chart, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
